BLECK! What a day. It's been a LOOOONG one and it isn't over yet! I know.. I was supposed to have a tutorial for you but I'm not quite finished yet. SORRY!!! c2 has had one of those whiny days. Oh, boy! And our pool pump went out a couple of days ago. I know! We just got it Saturday! CRAZY! Well, I finally got in touch with customer service today. After being on hold for more than an hour they tell me that they don't actually have anymore of the pumps and have no idea when they will be getting them. Oh, and yes, they know our water will go bad but they won't cover the cost of getting more water. Just peachy. AND I just found HAIR in my chicken wings that I got at Kroger. Maybe I should just go to bed now. LOL
ANYWAY!! Here are a couple of Bonnie pics to tide you over. ;)
She decided to nap in my notions box. LOL
You can see my pattern box in the background.
So, all in all Friday the 13th has lived up to its hype. BUT I am thankful nothing REALLY bad happened. KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!!
Now I need to decide if I am going to add the Peter Pan collar and if it should be out of the main fabric or the eyelet... Hmmm.... Decisions, decisions. I guess I can cut them both out and then see.....
So, how has YOUR Friday the 13th been???
Eeeeh... Sorry you have had such a bad Friday the 13th... So sorry about your pool pump.. Just got it last week.. I know the kids are dissappointed.
ReplyDeleteHope tomorrow is better...
Thank you, Judy. Today almost HAS to be better! LOL ;)
ReplyDeleteMaybe you can try dumping some bleach in the pool every day for now to hopefully keep the water clear. Dump it at night so it doesn't evaporate as quickly. by morning it should be swimmable I would think. That would keep the water moving as well. For your size pool I'd try 1/2 gallon plain bleach a day... it might help save you some $$.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU!!! I was thinking about that and wondering if it would work or not. LOL
ReplyDeleteIt should, there are people that only use bleach to treat their pools, they don't use pool chlorine. I would pour it slowly and swish it around with your skimmer or something. You could also add some baking soda (it will raise your alkalinity and Ph, help keep the chlorine active).
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
